Jim Ketchum
President and Owner
Jim started his career as an accountant and controller. In 1982 he went to work for a printer as a controller. He later became General Manager launching his printing career.
After four or five years of running someone else’s company, Jim stretched out on his own and started Cornerstone Press. It was a modest beginning, with three employees and a used AB Dick press. The early years were marked by rapid growth, leading to a move into a larger building and larger multi-color presses.
Jim is very much involved in the community. He is past board member (and board president) of Foundation 2 and the Boys & Girls Club. He has been a member of Rotary West since 1981.
He is also very active in the print industry associations. He was a board member of Printing Industry of the Midlands for nine years and is currently serving on the board of GATCI, an industry training group.
When not working to grow Cornerstone Press and promote printing in general, Jim can be found on a golf course, a fishing pond or at a Hawkeye football or basketball game.
